I was very impressed with Vonda. She worked very hard for us the whole time. We signed up with her on a Tuesday and she had an open house on that Saturday. Picking the right Real Estate Agent was very important to me as we were selling our current home and buying our new home simultaneously. That can be a stressful scenario with a lot of moving parts that have to happen flawlessly. We chose Vonda to help us achieve this based on her 20+ years of experience and knowledge of the market where we live. It was a great choice. We set our listing date, Vonda had a professional photographer scheduled that made our listing photos look amazing! Vonda got our home under contract within days with multiple offers after holding an open house. She negotiated a leaseback so we could stay in our home until we could close and move into the new home. All the negotiations she worked out with our buyer’s agent were beneficial to us and couldn’t have worked out better. Everything was well coordinated on both transactions and we sold our home and bought our new home with the closings on both within 2 weeks of each other. I will absolutely work with Vonda on future real estate transactions and would refer anyone to work with her.

In addition to listing our home, Vonda also managed the rental for us for ~7.5 years. We had every problem from late payers to a fire! Vonda did a great job the whole way through. Anyone can do a good job when the sailing is smooth, but it takes a real pro to navigate choppy seas. Vonda is that pro!

Having Vonda as our realtor was the best decision through building a new home and selling our previous. She was on top of every detail through the building process. Vonda was beyond fantastic. My then-fiance (now husband) and I were casually looking around to buy our first house and Vonda was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and very patient in explaining everything to us. The house we eventually closed on just came on the market and we were the first to see it (less than 24 hours after it posted) and the day after that we gave the first offer. I believe Vonda’s understanding of what we were looking for, responsiveness, and conscientiousness, were key in closing on our house. I liked to read the entire contract very carefully before we submitted our offer and Vonda very kindly went through it with us over the phone on a weekend night to make us comfortable with contract terms and so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. The house we were buying had several repairs needed and she was a great advocate for us in negotiating and also providing contacts for various specialists (engineers, plumber, electrician, etc). At no point did we ever felt pressured to go through with closing, and Vonda assured us if we wanted to back out we could, and we can look for another house. Thankfully everything worked out! We wholeheartedly recommend Vonda if you are in the market for a house, especially if it’s your first time to go through the house-buying process. We’ve lived in our house for about a year now and couldn’t be happier!
